RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

By purchasing from Blaire Shops LLC, the customer agrees to the following return and exchange terms and conditions.

1. ALL SALES FINAL

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are considered final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits are granted solely at the discretion of Blaire Shops LLC and in accordance with this policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

To qualify for a return or exchange approval:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days after authorization is provided.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Sale or clearance items

Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, undergarments, and intimate apparel

Accessories, jewelry, and beauty products

Customized or special-order item

Gift cards

Digital products or downloadable content

4. REFUND PROCESS

If a return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Blaire Shops LLC reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a monetary refund where permitted by law.

5. RETURN SHIPPING LIABILITY

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to an error by Blaire Shops LLC.

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method. Blaire Shops LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must contact Blaire Shops LLC within 48 hours of delivery regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Photo evidence may be required before a resolution is provided.

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

7. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, abuse of the return policy, or attempts to retain merchandise while obtaining reimbursement may result in refusal of future service and potential legal action.

8. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Blaire Shops LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
