You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
All approved returns are issued as a digital gift card sent to the email address on your original order.
✨ Gift cards never expire.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

🏷️ Still have all original tags
📦 In original packaging
🧾 Include your receipt or order number
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a 10% restocking fee applies.
🚫 FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

And you must provide proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved returns receive refund to your original payment method — delivered straight to your email. 💌
