Blaire Shops L.L.C. is committed to processing and shipping orders promptly. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, fraud screening, carrier availability, and inventory confirmation.
Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, federal holidays, and company-observed holidays.
Processing times and shipping transit times are separate. Estimated delivery dates begin after an order has shipped and are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.
Blaire Shops shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Customs inspections

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and other governmental charges imposed on international shipments unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Orders begin processing shortly after submission.
Because of our expedited fulfillment process, Blaire Shops cannot guarantee that an order may be modified or canceled after it has been placed.

will be accommodated only when reasonably possible and before fulfillment has begun.

From time to time Blaire Shops may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, coupons, loyalty rewards, store credits, or limited-time offers.

Promotions have no cash value.
