Named after my daughter Blaire, the boutique was born from resilience and love. After overcoming infertility, postpartum challenges, and leaving a traditional 9–5 career, I built Blaire Shops as a fresh start—a happy place where women in Cumberland County can reconnect with themselves through fashion.
